Shipping Rates and Policies
SHIPPING PART 1 Please Read!
All Coast to Coast Tools. Com orders are usually processed within 1 -3 BUSINESS DAYS after receipt of payment. Shipping normally takes 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS after processing your order at our facility. (Not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays)
We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order on a weekend day or national holiday it will be processed the following business day.
Tracking Orders: After your orders have been shipped, you will receive an E-mail with your "Tracking Order number" click on the order number hyperlink in your e-mail, this will allow you to track your order while it is in transportation. Or with "Your Tracking Number" you can log on to www.UPS.com or www.Fedex.com, and you will be able to track your order to your door.
Your order will be ship with U.P.S. or Federal Express shipping (depending on which one is the most economical).
Customer may be charged an additional SHIPPING FEE for any refused or undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the order form which must re-shipped. Any shipment that needs to be re-shipped will be charge at the same shipping charges that applies to the original order.
MINIMUM ORDER - $25 (a handling charge of $2.95 will be added to all orders less than $25.00)
Our charged for shipping and handing of the product(s) are based on a FLAT RATE of the total order price.

Freight is prepaid for UPS shipments that are greater than $500.00, and Truck shipments that are greater than $1000.00
General Terms: Certain freight intensive items are FOB shipping point (some air compressors, bead blasting cabinets, valve machines, etc.) .We offer shipping to any U. S. Destination and Puerto Rico. We use U.P.S. and Federal Express for carton items weighing 70 lbs. or less. Requested added service or unapproved carrier fees will be added to all shipments if minimum freight requirements are met.
Freight Claims: Freight claims for lost or damaged freight must be filed with the carrier and clearly noted on Bills of Lading when receiving shipments. THIS IS NECESSARY FOR YOUR PROTECTION. Although the responsibility is with the carrier, please notify us immediately so that we may be of some assistance.
Undisclosed Shortages: In cases where you have received the proper amounts of cartons from the carrier but discover errors or shortages in unpacking, notify us immediately. Claims must be made within 5 days.
